A complete renovation
L’integrale ristrutturazione ha riguardato una unità immobiliare all’interno di un raffinato palazzo di inizi ‘900 con importante affaccio.
È stato realizzato un grande soggiorno-pranzo e tre camere da letto, di cui una con bagno en suite. A completamento una grande cucina con isola a servizio dell’area pranzo e altri due bagni. Ampio utilizzo di parquet, tagliato e bisellato a mano, in soggiorno, in cucina e nelle camere. Marmi a casellario e mosaico nei bagni.
The complete renovation has involved a unit located in a polished apartment building dating to the early ‘900s, and enjoying a stunning view.
The project consists of a large sitting – dining room, 3 bedrooms, one of which with en suite bathroom. A large kitchen island close to the dining area, and 2 additional bathroom complete the project. Wood flooring, cut and chamfered by hand has been extensively utilized in the sitting room, in the kitchen and in the bed rooms. Marble “a casellario” and mosaics are used in the bathrooms.
